Career-Path Planning is a process that lays out positions within the hierarchy of the organisation and identifies time in position, education and certification requirements for promotional consideration, is an essential component of the Succession Planning process. It is also related to the concept of Talent Management. Overall this fits within the broader HR concept of People Resourcing.

The purpose of this course is to provide delegates with an overview of Career Path Planning, Succession Planning and Talent Management. Specifically it addresses the following questions:

  • Course fees are payable upon booking unless a valid, authorized Purchase Order is provided and accepted.
